1. Bukku Cafe
Bukku Cafe is a quaint, European-style book cafe located in Klang. It has a bookshelf full of English and Chinese novels, childrens' books and Lonely Planet guides. If you wish to make a book donation, you can do so by swapping them out on the bookshelves located on the first floor.
The cafe mainly serves pastries and desserts, with the perfect melty Salted Egg Yolk and Green Tea croissants priced at RM7.50 each on the menu. It has a great selection of MSG-free Western dishes too such as the Gourmet Burger Patty (RM15.00) which comes in a variety of options; chicken, beef and vegetarian. With two levels and outdoor seating options, get ready to plop down, read and sip on either a freshly brewed Ginger Milk Chocolate (RM13) or Matcha Latte (RM12).

2. Ink Library Cafe
Ink Library Cafe is a container cafe hidden in Grandeur Labs in Eco Grandeur, Puncak Alam. It hosts mainly indie English magazines from the US and UK but it also has a good assortment of fiction and coffee-table books in English, Malay and Chinese scattered around their aesthetically-pleasing bookshelves. There's ample seating space indoors with wall plugs nearby for your convenience (to those of you who want to get some work done). If you're looking for fresh air, there are sofas outside too.
The menu at Ink Library Cafe mainly comprise of pastas, pizzas and burgers. You can give either the Aglio Olio Seafood Pasta (RM21.80) or the Salted Egg Pasta with Smoked Duck Breast (RM25.90) a go. If you're feeling peckish, snack on some light bites such as the Homey Popcorn Chicken (RM9.80)

3. Kamilah's Lifestyle & Book Cafe
Kamilah’s Lifestyle and Book Cafe is a country-living themed cafe with bright blue walls that gives a warm, inviting feeling. The shelves that line one side of the store are filled with Chinaware and knick knacks that add to the cafe’s relaxed vibe.
The cafe serves a variety of Malaysian and Western cuisines to choose from. There is also a bookshelf at the back of the store with chick-lit titles from Sophie Kinsella and Cecelia Ahern and thriller novels that would go well with their sweet accompaniments.

4. First Step Coffee
First Step Coffee is the perfect cafe for those of you who want privacy and a sweet treat to accompany you as you read. The cafe comprises of Western dishes such as bruschetta, ham & cheese toast and aglio olio spaghetti and scrumptious cakes such as brownie with ice-cream and lemon cheese cake. For a chocolatey twist, you could try the oreo blast drink or mint chocolate blast drink for a minty flavour. Let's not forget the traditional Korean kimbap.

5. MeTime Book Cafe
MeTime Book Cafe offers a cozy capsule experience for those who wish to unwind and have some quiet time. It is meant to emulate famous manga cafes in Japan with its nap pods and amenities such as paid showers, printers and Wifi.
The cafe has 4 pods for you to use; an open-spaced upper deck and Tatami mats and bean bags to laze on. It also has book filled with manga comic books and books in Chinese and English to read while you're there. If you're in need of a little pick-me-up, the cafe has drinks and snacks (RM2/each) and a Shower Room (RM10). Entry fee costs RM25/2 hours, but first-timers can get a first trial at RM5/per person for 2 hours. Sign up as a member and you'll only have to pay RM18 for 2 hours.

7. Pages Book Cafe
Pages Book Cafe is a cafe located in Ara Damansara. It emanates a homey feel and comprises just over 6 tables and a long wall of bookshelves. Its shelves are filled with a variety of books for sale – usually at low prices – with genres ranging from DIY and fiction to children’s books. Look out for labels on the shelves that indicate which titles are buy-1-free-1 or 70% off.

As per its name, Lit Books is haven for literary lovers alike. It has a great selection of imported novels on The New York Times’ Best-Sellers list that you can purchase. It also carried literary themed pouches and tote bags; the tote bags are priced at RM82/each.
